Thanks to all for their help with red filters and lighting underwater - I've bought a strobe kit on ebay, but am missing the Velcro mask thingy, which goes on the end of the fibre optic link, and in front of the camera flash.

Probably posted 8 million times before.... A pal and I have finally got together to do some shore diving (midweek) and plan to visit the South Coast. But where to go? Ideally we'd like to see some nice drop-off and a wreck or two not too far from a beach

I have the large McMahon reel and want to put more line on it, it comes with 50M and I suspect it can take quite a bit more. Any hints on cheapest place to get line from? I am considering if it's better to get the thin line like the compact has to get even more on or sticking to

Planning a weekends RIB diving out of Lymington. Got the usual guide books, but looking for personal experiences of anything good in the area (range 15 Nm-ish max.). Some of the group are relatively inexperienced so probably 25m max.
