Medical Certificate for Egypt07 Mar 2005 21:21 GMT9
Hello about a week ago there was a posting on a newsgourp (i think it was
this one) about needing a medicial certificate for diving in Egypt now.
Does anyone know if the BSAC self certificate is suitable or if you can buy
these certificates in Egypt or you need to get them done in ...

Camera recommendation06 Mar 2005 19:19 GMT8
Any recommendations on what I should go for in the way of underwater camera.
Got to be digital. Want to use it out of the water as well as in.
Should I go for a dedicated u/w camera or a surface camera that just so

used for diving (ok for snorkeling, and 4-5 metres but not 20m+) as the
pressure change caused the eye to change shape, which may ...

Has anyone ever flown with this airline ?  There is nothing on Callum's site
about baggage allowance, there's nothing on the tickets and I'm in dispute

I'm not going to Sri Lanka, (I think) but the Maldives on Sunday 13th March.

BSAC/Divernet Web Sites Down01 Mar 2005 15:59 GMT3
At around 10:08 today (Tues) there was yet another power failure at Redbus
Interhouse in London's docklands. This has taken out several ISP's and
numerous web servers, including those owned by the BSAC and Diver. We are
waiting for things to come back online.
Indian Ocean / East African Marine Life Photobook ...01 Mar 2005 10:15 GMT4
I know it's a bit demanding, but I've been looking for a glossy
photo-book which includes Indian Ocean marine life - I've tried the big
London bookshops (Foyles, Blackwells, Waterstones-Simpsons) ... but
