Handles on twinsets20 Dec 2004 00:53 GMT25
Quick questions, why does no one have normal (solid black plastic type...)
handles on twinsets?  Seems like a good solution to the "carrying from the
manifold" problem, only an extra ?10 or so, far cheaper than the steel
carrying bar things, and no problems that I can see...!  Am ...
Fourth element xerotherm arctic19 Dec 2004 10:51 GMT7
I used a crushed neoprene drysuit and currently have a weezle extreme which
is toasty warm but quite bulky under my suit and I am considering a change.
Has anyone used the Fourth Element xerotherm arctic and could anyone make
any comment on them? As my suit has a tendency to leak ...

Improving photos with strong blue cast14 Dec 2004 02:13 GMT5
If you have some photos (taken on film, transfered to photocd) what is the
best way to improve the quality and colour balance?
Photoshop Auto Levels does improve things, but I understand that some other
plugins (or methods) may be better for a strong blue cast.
Putting twins together & O2 cleaning13 Dec 2004 19:04 GMT25
Finally getting round to the twin thing after lots of searching, and seems
like the best option is to get the best bits from different places and get
them stuck together - either myself or by a shop (more likely...).
Was wondering though, if I get bare cylinder from a shop, can ...
Din Valve Covers13 Dec 2004 03:10 GMT5
I hope that you may be able to help, I am looking for some valve covers to fit
to the 1st stage to prevent water ingress when washing the valves. I have see
some in a local dive shop but they are £5 each I think that is a little
excessive,
Twinset Stuff12 Dec 2004 18:29 GMT29
A couple of fairly simple twinset questions... Hopefully some people on here
understand the issues enough to be able to make a convincing case for their
opinions...
1) Isolation Manifold. Why, and what is the 'normal' state?
Diving and Golf11 Dec 2004 21:09 GMT2
We are just thinking about booking a holiday for early next year and are
toying with the idea of either St Lucia or Malaysia.
Ideally I would like to be able to dive in the morning (so just a short
distance from a hotel) and then we would play golf or laze on the beach in
Nitrox course, views please10 Dec 2004 15:34 GMT12
I have just booked next years hols, off to Sharm for 2x2weeks
I'm a PADI AOW with 20 dives logged, when I go on holiday I want to do
another diving course as I enjoy learning new theory and skills. As I don't
think I'm ready for the PADI rescue diver course just yet (maybe on the
