Is there an online resource that explains about tides? I don't mean I want tide tables. I understand about the time of the tide changing, and that the height of the tide changes depending on the phase of the moon. In fact, I thought I understood it pretty well, but "Dive South ...

Anyone have any good recommendations for diving in Cornwall as I'm going there next week? Tried getting hold of Cornish Diving in Falmouth but no response to date. What are sea conditions like this time of year? Will I be OK in a semi-dry?

I've only looked at this group for the first time today. I've been snorkelling in Greece and Italy. I love watching the fish and seeing the colours of the rocks and things that you just don't see unless you look below the surface.
