Just got a set of 7" Halcyon s/steel twinning bands and have to say that
they look virtually identical to those sold by Highland Mills. Now I know
that Halcyon do rebadge a few of their products - their little knife, for
example - so would I be right in assuming that their bands are ...

I am going to buy my first reg.  Most people say I should get a din
fitting but should I get din 200 or din 300?  most of my diving is
warm water with only few uk dives.

OK, so I've booked my next diving trip!
I have enquired about Nitrox and have been told that they offer the NRC
level I and II courses (US$135). Is there any difference between these
and the PADI Enriched Air Diver course - and if so, which is the better?

Don't know if this is of interest, but I happened across the fact that
Apeks are releasing two new computers, both of which do 2 nitrox mixes.
One of them is watch sized. They look remarkably like rebadged Dive Rite
computers.

Having just had to visit my Doctors I found out he's
a Sports diver.
When I mentioned I wanted to go onto the Adv Nitrox / Deco / Extended
Range courses I was informed that under no conditions could I medically

Has anyone had any experience of any dives in Bulgaria.  I'm going there in
August this year but can't find much about diving.  Is it called the Black
Sea for a reason, like you can't see anything?

My wife and I are looking for a couple of weeks in Egypt later this year.
