How thick are weezle socks?16 Mar 2004 03:31 GMT3
Anyone got weezle (or similar?) socks?
If so how thick are they? Do you need an extra size in the drysuit boot to
fit them in, or are they thin enough to not cause problems (i.e regular
socks?)

talk to / avoid, boat operators, sites that are especially good dives, etc?
Places to stay, visit??  We would be looking for something ...

Latex dry gloves14 Mar 2004 09:23 GMT1
I got some dry gloves not so long ago (the blue Stoney ones), and love them
to bits, all except for the lining - being stuck inside the glove doesn't
seem to be a particularly good design feature, since I got one of them wet
inside around a month ago and despite leaving it ...
Compressor purity test requirements - every 6 months?13 Mar 2004 14:18 GMT14
In our search for a new compressor to replace our old (very very old

torches which give great ( 30hour ) burn times of a standard arrow 6 type
battery.
Training - Ditch & Retireve12 Mar 2004 21:02 GMT5
I have been reviewing this drill with interest as there seems  to be a large
number of variations to this drill.
The SAA manual of gudance recommends removal of kit and then rekitting
whilst never letting go of the cylinder.  With an alternative of surfacing
Buying gear at dive shows12 Mar 2004 16:32 GMT12
I'm considering going to the London Dive Show this month as I'm in the
market for some new kit.
As a dive show virgin I don't know what to expect.  I imagine there are
