John Bennett lost during salvage dive20 Mar 2004 07:33 GMT2
Before I start this post, it is a question seeking answers, not speculating

another thread.....

Is that 30 months retrospective? Ie is my bottle 6 weeks out of test
Buddy Lines, good/bad/uses?18 Mar 2004 16:44 GMT11
INMHO, I would not normally use such a line, because they are a liability
when not used properly or when the potential problems manifest themselves.
I do, however, have a very stout line with a caribeener on the end,

Just wanted to know before I went ahead and ordered one, do the cam band

UKRS s/s backplate18 Mar 2004 12:22 GMT4
I've just bought one of the above backplates from Combro, and I have a
couple of questions.
what would be a recommendation for a suitable low profile STA?
Will a Buddy Travel Wing (16kg) be suitable? and if not what
Reasonably priced STA18 Mar 2004 00:14 GMT5
Seeing that my plans to use a UKRS Backplate with just the wing has been
scuppered, I now seek a cheapish STA.  So far I've found one at Portland
Oceaneering for ?25.  Anyone know of a better offer or have one to sell
themselves?

I promised to report back on my experiences on the Nitek Duo. I took it with
me yesterday on a relatively leisurely ice dive on a local wreck. So I have
no yet tried how it performs in real deco, but here are some initial
Farne Island Equipment hire16 Mar 2004 05:18 GMT2
I wonder if anyone can help me? My wife and I are going to be diving the
