We went diving. It was fun. Me & Jason on some silt olf barge in 65m on Friday, then 8 of us Sat & Sunday doing the full allotment of 4 dives each. Vis reasonable to good. Conditions flat calm, overcast though.

Having just driven across the Pennines to Capernwray (too many visits this year..) I was thinking that I was almost at the sea and it might make a pleasant change to actually dive in the salty stuff on that side of England, but I know nothing about the diving on the west coast ...

Part of a week driving round Andalucía, fitted in a couple of dives with Steve Henshaw of Dive Hire Gibraltar, the local NAUI outfit. I was diving with the GF, who was a bit apprehensive pre-dive - not having dived since January, nor in water with less than 20m viz, Steve
