Thailand Liveaboards12 May 2006 05:34 GMT5
I would appreciate hearing from anyone with experience/recommendations for live aboard diving in Thailand.  My wife and I were thinking of a week of live aboard diving, then a few days sitting on the beach.  I am assuming Phuket as the destination, dive departure location.
Thanks ...
Cay Sal, Bahamas info wanted10 May 2006 22:16 GMT2
I'm thinking about taking my 40' sailboat to Cay Sal and was wondering if
anyone had any info on the area.  What's the diving like?  Several live-
aboard dive boats go there and I was wondering if the dive sites have mooring
balls?  I realize that this isn't a cruising forum, but ...
Fiji?09 May 2006 14:19 GMT2
I'd like to get some recommendations and also general info about diving
in Fiji. The best time to go, viz, what one would expect to see there,
must-see dive sites, you name it.
I'm especially interested about bit more peaceful islands with small

Hurghada (Red Sea)07 May 2006 14:24 GMT7
We'll be in Hurghada, Egypt for a week this October.  Our tentative plan is
to do 3 or 4 days of 2-tank diving from a shore-based operation.  I have a
few questions:
1)  Is Ras Mohamed accessible from Hurghada?  (How far is it by boat?)

Re: Want to dive Costa Maya - Majahual?05 May 2006 01:56 GMT4
Good morning everyone!!
My wife and I are headed to Costa Maya in September aboard a RCC cruise. We
were there last year but did not dive and are looking to dive this year.
I have tried multiple times to contact someone at BlueHa (DreamTime?) via
Costa Maya05 May 2006 01:46 GMT10
I recently went snorkeling near Costa Maya.  Can someone tell me the name of
the reef there, about 5 or so miles from the cruise ship pier, about ½ mile off
shore?

Anyone used dive operators in Mahahual, Quintana Roo, Mexico?  If so
what was the diving like and what  was the service like from the
operators?

Cozumel from non-dive perspective03 May 2006 01:08 GMT10
We recently returned from a cruise which stopped briefly in Coz.
First time that I have been there since big storm.
Wife and I just hung around the cruise dock area and found the shops
clean, fairly new and everything humming.
