Just wondering what the situation is with diving C.M.A.S in the San
Francisco area?
I do most of my diving in Ireland so I'm well used to cold/temperate
conditions. I'll be heading out the for a holiday soon.

My wife and I were looking to take our winter dive trip to the
Caribbean between the end of February and mid March '06. We were
thinking of Bonaire and two of the local shops offered trips there in
the time we were looking.. both have disappeared in the last week ..

Just curious if any one has seen what happened to El President hotel.
I noticed from one press release that they do not have a projected
opening date until May of 06.
Were the buildings destroyed?

I am thinking of taking a trip there in march. Has anyone been to the fort
young hotel or dove with Cabrits in the north? Any info on where is the best
diving and which hotels are the best would be appreciated.

Keep in mind that pictures only depict the worst of the damage. Recovery
efforts are amazing so far. We have had electricity at our facility half a
block from the water for four days, and yesterday the pile of debris that was

I will be spending a few days in Del Ray Florida around early Feb/2006. Does
anyone know of any good diving in that area?
If so, does anyone know of any local dive shops that could hook me up for a
