snorkel vacation for the moderately disabled19 Jul 2005 19:26 GMT15
My wife and I are planning to take a vacation in the last week of July

snorkeling locations. I used to be an avid spearfisher, surfer,

I figured I'd beat this to the punch...
One thing I found conspicuously absent from captkeywest's article (See
Which Diver Are You parts I & II) was the failure to mention the roles
and responsibilities of the professionals who are providing dive

My wife, 6 year old son and I just returned from a one week stay at the
Occidental Grand (Grand Cozumel) all inclusive resort.  I wanted to
write about our trip so that others can adjust their expectations so
that their vacation could be a great one.

I know the vast majority of you could care less, and that some lifelong NHL
fans are no longer interested in the league, but I am quite ecstatic that
NHL hockey will be back in my town this coming Fall!!
Ya think they'll lower our season ticket prices now that they have "cost
St Croix Diving & Accomodations Recommendations14 Jul 2005 17:41 GMT1
We've vacationed and dived elsewhere in Caribbean including Bonaire, Saint
Thomas, Grand Cayman, Barbados, but never in St. Croix. Anyone know how
diving compares off St. Croix and preferable dive
operators and most convenient accomodations ?

Diving western Ireland (Eire)12 Jul 2005 18:15 GMT6
My wife & I will be visiting the west coast of  Southern Ireland in May next
year, as that co-incides with our tenth anniversary where we spent our
honeymoon touring Ireland from Rosslaire to Donnegal on a pair of
motorcycles.  At that time my missus was not a dive (she did not ...

Any suggestions on where to go for a diving holiday in late nov/dec?
Looking for something on the budget side - either land or liveaboard.
We are both intermediate level divers (dive in Canadian cold water).

Anyone gone diving with Beaches-Turks and Caicos?11 Jul 2005 04:02 GMT7
Hi, I'm interested in taking my family there for a 4 day vacation in
late November and I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has been to
this resort. Since the diving is included in the price, and I've heard
good things about Turks and Caicos, I'm interested in knowing how ...

Cayman Brac: Divi vs. Brac Reef09 Jul 2005 09:43 GMT13
I understand that Divi Tiara is closing for a month this Fall.  Is
that true, and if so, for how long?  Otherwise, are they in full
operation?  How is their dive dock progressing?
Haven't heard much about Brac Reef.  Their web site is great.  Are

Belize07 Jul 2005 03:31 GMT5
Can anyone tell me about diving in Belize? I had the opportunity to go there
on a cruise but didn't get to dive. Didn't even make it to the beach! I'd
like to know if it's worth my time & money to go back for the diving.
