Specifically, I'm looking for good local food. E.g places locals go or,
probably at a higher price point, places aimed at tourists but emphasizing
local ingredients. I don't want imported styles of cuisine.

The return address I use for News Groups is unique. The current one is only
a couple of days old.
The link leads to a page that lets you give them all your credit card data

I will be visiting Key Largo overnight at the end of May.
