Anywhere around Tampa?

I'm an American who will be in Israel in July.  I would like to so some Red
Sea Diving, since I will have already flown halfway round the world.  I'm
looking for advice on
1) Liveaboards in the Sharm El Sheikh area that would be friendly to those

As we'll be visiting Borneo in July I thought of going to Mabul for 4 days.
I've been using Google and have found quite some info (also on this NG),
but still I need some advice.
Our 9-year old daughter will coming along, so we're looking for the best

Has anyone here dived from Isla Margarita ? I will be on holiday here the
last week of July first week of August and was wondering if anyone can give
