dive tours in Maui17 Mar 2005 23:19 GMT5
I'm getting my open water Naui cert in Maui.  I'll be near Lahaina.  Any
recommendations regarding shops out there?  Lahaina Divers?  Happy
Divers Maui?
Thanks.
PR update17 Mar 2005 18:21 GMT5
I've booked my diving.  Apparently I won't be going to Vieques or Culebra as
it's too much of a hassle.  While Fajardo has been rain free for weeks and
the diving is as good as it gets there (they said 60' viz), Sea Ventures,
which has shops in Fajardo and Humacao, recommended I ...
Brac Divi travelers lately?17 Mar 2005 14:41 GMT2
I've seen the post-hurricane pictures... unkempt beach, crappy dive
pier, etc.,  but has anyone actually stayed there lately?  Are all
rooms available, how's the food, is the bar up and running, is the
front beach clean, is the bar up and running, etc.?
Vieques13 Mar 2005 19:07 GMT3
Does anyone know if there is any dive shop/diving on Vieques.  We are
going in April for a week, and I would like to know whether it is
worth bringing my gear.
I've heard day trips to Culebra can be arranged from Vieques.  Any

I have been scouring this news group and a variety of Web sites for
Cayman info but can't quite get a finger on what I need to know.
Hopefully, some of you experienced readers can help.  I am going to GC

Sabah diving (borneo)09 Mar 2005 01:09 GMT13
I just spent 10 days on the Reef Dive Resort which is northeast of
Sipadan about 1.5 hours by boat. The resort was awesome. The folks that
worked there were nice and the rooms were fine. The food was absolutely
perfect. The cost was about $115 a day US and that includes ...

Lake Ontario dive sites08 Mar 2005 18:59 GMT7
Does anyone know of any dive sites in the Rochester, NY area? I would really
love to see some wrecks up there.
Ambergris Caye Report (long)08 Mar 2005 06:44 GMT1
Just got back from 10 days in Belize.  Stayed in San Pedro on Ambergris
Caye.  I'm a new diver, got my open water on this trip, so the notes
probably reflect that lack of experience but may be useful.
Set up my own reservations via the web & email.  No problems.
Divetrip to Trang (Koh Muk), Thailand07 Mar 2005 21:00 GMT11
We're planning to make a trip to Thailand in first half of may this
year with 2 families (3 kids, 5 til 11 years). Our first plan was to
go to kao-lak and make trips to the Similans, but that part is
completely destroyed. We want to avoid Phuket too, so we're now

Will be in Egypt this coming week, and will be spending 4 days in Sharm El

A group of us going to Curacao in a few weeks.  Staying at the Breezes,

suggestions on favourite dive spots?  Any "must sees"? Activity
recommendations?
