Hi, thanks in advance to anyone who can offer some advice.
Going to Ambergris Caye in April for 9 days, looking for good hotel with
on-site diver operation. Have two non-divers in tow so need a certain level
of extra-curricular activities and comforts, ie not a hard-core divers ...

help.  getting mixed reports.  considering taking my wife there for her
open water cert.  (i might dive, but not necessary).  i've heard
conflicting reports about ops, u/w conditions, food, etc.
anyone been there recently?

We are thinking about Cuba in April.
The plan is Habana, cigars, rum, sight seeing, then to the south for diving,
maybe Trinidad or Cienfuegos.
We like a good mix of local color, good times, and great diving.

I've been watching this on French TV.  That Swiss charter airline that
was ferrying most French vacationers to Sharm-el-Sheik.
Isn't it amazing that this charter airline crashed into the water just
off the Red Sea coastline but managed to settle in very deep water.

8 to 22. We chose Varadero because we couldn't get a direct flight to
Havana from Calgary, and Sun Beach because it was shown as associated
