I came to NYC to work for holiday, I work Mon-Fri and on weekend

What's New?19 Jul 2008 18:38 GMT13
Hi all, long time no see.   So I've been dry for 3 years. I mean so dry that

So I'm wondering, is there anything new over the last three years that I
should know?  Think continuing education stuff..  I hope ...
Suunto Vyper - no nitrox18 Jul 2008 14:04 GMT7
I have an older model Suunto Vyper (not sure if I can tell exactly
what model but it looks like the Vyper in the manual I downloaded from
media.suunto.com).  Problem - the display shows o2 pct as if the
computer supports nitrox mode but when I go through the divemodes,

It was a fabulous day out on the NJ Shore visiting the APL-31 Wreck.  We arrived at 8:00am
to very long/shallow seas (southeast at ~2ft).  Al Wells and I splashed around 8:48am.
There was a bit of a thermocline at ...
Tolten 6/28/0814 Jul 2008 18:46 GMT19
On Saturday I went with a buddy and a group of friends to the wreck of
the Tolten off of NJ. Sea conditions were good, with a 2-4 ft long
period swell. Bottom temperature around 90 ft was 47 degrees. We went on
the boat Independence II from Point Pleasant. it is a 34' Evans and
Stolt Dagali 6/8/0814 Jul 2008 18:37 GMT40
Sunday was a beautiful morning, but a little hot and sticky. We headed
out of Brielle at 0700 and made the run to the Stolt in less than an
hour. Seas were very calm, with maybe a 2 ft very long period swell that
went away an hour after we got to the wreck. We geared up and ...

First, an important point -- I tend to be fairly conservative
in planning and executing dives since I had a visit to the
chamber after getting a bit close to the edge.
Diving last Saturday on a wreck in 33 metres (110 ft. more or
