you order something from your LDS and it takes forever for them to get it. I'm planning a dive soon, and I'm still waiting for some fins and a flashlight that was ordered a month ago. I can get them mail order in a couple of days.

Is there way to get a replacement card? My buddy had a card years ago & is interested in diving again but not so interested in taking the course again, mainly because the nearest place to do it is an hour away & he works 2 jobs. anyone have any ideas how to get a new card? ...
