Well, here goes. I know this might sound odd to you all, but I will put this

I lightened my load by two lbs and that seemed to do the trick.  I could
swim up and down without much trouble and use breath control to fine tune
myself at the bottom of the pool, all with an empty bc.  However, I let the
tank get down to 300 lbs and did a check at the surface ...
