OK - It's Done! (Was: Live-aboards for single divers)04 Aug 2007 08:06 GMT15
OK folks, as promised, I now have an official booking for the Sun Dancer II, Belize, set for
Memorial Day Weekend, 05/24/2008 departure.  I requested and booked a stateroom with
the "single supplement" as promised.  Unfortunately, the weekends in February and/or
March which I ...
Small neoprene piece needed04 Aug 2007 00:29 GMT22
I am in need of a relatively small piece of .5mil or 1mil black neoprene
to patch my wetsuit (skin).  I tore the knee (and some of me) while in
Bonaire.  Checked the LDS to see if they might have an old suit I could
cut a patch out of and all they had was some very thick stuff.
Singapore Diving?04 Aug 2007 00:13 GMT2
I just got asked to take a last-minute business trip to Singapore from
August 6 to 16th, so I'll have a weekend free there. I'm an advanced
diver, can anyone recommend any dive sites and/or operators there?
Thanks in advance...
Truk, Provo Dive Information03 Aug 2007 15:15 GMT3
Looking for information on Truk and Provo. I dove there in the early
90's and I'm thinking about going back. I used Provo Turtle Divers
then. Thanks, Jim

Thoughts on "Shark Week"03 Aug 2007 09:12 GMT11
Regardless of the promos, I have yet to see one show where they make the
shark the bad guy.  I'm also amazed at the scenes with divers and sharks,
and noticed that many divers who work with and study sharks are all free
diving, giving me the impression that sharks don't take well ...
Live-aboards for single divers03 Aug 2007 05:08 GMT99
I'm a single diver. My partner does not dive (medical reasons) so I'm
considering doing a live-aboard alone (one of the week-long trips you
offer.) Does anybody have any experience with pricing and dive buddy
situation in such case?

Hey thanks everyone for the St. Loius/Kentucky advice.  I've got
another question.  I took a new position within my company which will
require a great deal of travel.  I can stay at any hotel I want for
the most part so I would like to stay with one or two that offer
