I'm trying to get a couple of friends together (we live in different places) to get our PADI certificates then take our open water dive together someplace nice. Any tips / suggestions? We all live on the US East coast and are looking for a nice place to dive / relax

Mine are rather crap or not so great pictures of fish and coral etc that you have probably seen before so I won't post. However there is a couple of pics of a huge toadfish ( probably tetractensos hamiltoni ), a blurred nudibranch which was great in live view, a gorgonian fan ...

This might seem like an odd question, but I'm interested in obtaining some sort of light that I can install in a tank that can withstand pressures of up to 500 psi. The first thing that came to my mind is to buy a dive light, but I need this light to be either electronically

The temp at 70 is 80. There are no boats in the water. Viz is about 5 ft (okay, not sure if that's a good or a bad). Unless you're divig dry with a FFM gamma globulin is not a bad idea, along with about two weeks of doxycycline.

I am thinking about booking a holiday on the Turks & Caicos Explorer II. I can not find any reviews for it on-line. Have you been on it or know someone who has? What did you think of it. The only review I found rated this vessel a 4 out of 10 which is not promising.
