HP steel tanks?17 Aug 2006 20:59 GMT14
Got a buddy who's in the market for a pair of steel 100's or 120's. Anything
in good shape can be considered. I will check out other avenues, but I know
some here still sell gear occasionally, and would rather it come from a
known source.

Prescription mask versus contact lens17 Aug 2006 04:03 GMT38
My wife, a novice diver, wants to go on wearing her contacts when she

PADI Certification Number16 Aug 2006 14:14 GMT14
I was wondering about my certifications number. Will it change when I

Best regards
Keep the Reports Commiing (in re: Hightened Travel Restrictions)16 Aug 2006 11:19 GMT28
All - To anyone traveling by air with SCUBA gear over the next few weeks - I'd appreciate
any reports regarding experiences with TSA et. al in re: getting your gear through security,
given the "hightened" state of affairs. I'm going later this month and am now debating whether
or ...
FDEP may issue a permit for the Delray outfall soon15 Aug 2006 19:52 GMT4
The FDEP is about to renew the permit without having any remediation
other than finally having the sewer plant agree to do testing. This is
still a clear violation of the Clean Water Act, and the FDEP is pretty
much trying to sweep the issue under the rug.

Our trip is June 24 to June 29.  Can't wait.  So far, I have recommendations

AOW vs. Specialties14 Aug 2006 20:01 GMT25
Question for y'all...yinz...you guys...whatever.
I'm still a fairly new diver (25 dives since certification) and I have
an opportunity to do AOW classes in Florida next month.
There are a couple PADI specialties I'm interested in, and I know that

Ade finally got to dive her custom 1/4" plate and OxyCheq wing today, and it
was bliss. Now she knows why we call them poodle jackets.
We saw a flourishing reef, three mating pairs of wolf eels, got buzzed by a
ling cod that was about 4 feet long (in fact he/she/it followed us ...
Decompression Sickness14 Aug 2006 16:34 GMT31
