I'm about to investigate the pros and cons of using a buddy line on a
scientific basis. In the first step I need to acquire as much data as
possible. So I'd be glad if you could post your opinion and experience

Currently, I'm using a G-Shock, but I hate it that I have to
disassemble the watch to replace the battery, because there's no
guarantee that it will be water-tight afterwards. (I already killed one
G-Shock because I didn't reassemble it properly.)
