I just finished reading The Last Dive, which chronicles the experiences and deaths of divers Chris and Chrissy Rouse. Interwoven into Chowdhury and Rouse stories was the history of diving to present day and the evolution in sports diving - deeper, longer, farther.

Looks like I'm going to the Caribbean for a couple of weeks this summer, combo work/vaca. Having only done a few dives (not really finding much time for it vs. competing hobbies), I have only mask/snorkel/fins and a heavy wetsuit so far.
