What to look for and avoid when buying..
so say my wife and I will be diving 10 - 20 times a year.. about 90%
will be warm salt water the rest being fresh warm and cool.
sounds like very low usage by the standards of those here..

Looking for information on snorkeling oppertunities  in the everglades
and then onto the keys (largo, Bahia honda, West).
Planning a trip over xmas break with the family (all good swimmers).  I
will be bringing a 20' boat for easy access to fishing and dive sites.

Anyone dive to the Thunderball underwater set in Nassau?  My wife and I plan
to go to Paradise Island in June and I would like to video and photo what is
left of the set.
How do I go about setting this up?

I received a press release about a new book  "The Dragon in the
Lake" by  Archie Eschborn.  The book is all about a pyramid that has
been found at the bottom of Rock Lake in Wiscon.  Eschborn lead a team
of divers to study the stone structure last year. Sounds interesting,

are 2 of us traveling and both are newer divers. We have logged about

OK - I've just moved from film to digital for U/W phots.  I have an
Olympus C770 and its matching housing.
Now I'm looking at a strobe.  There is an Olympus flash-gun with its
own dedicated housing but I'm also looking at a Sea-Life SL 960 or a

Does anyone know of any dive outfits or anything in Northern Portugal? I'll
be there this summer for a couple of weeks and would like to get wet if
possible. Anywhere between Porto in Portugal and up around Vigo in Spain.
(The Minho/Douro region in Portugal, or Galicia in Spain.)
