Do you have the right to complain about a boat passing to close to your line when you are fishing at the entrance of a boat harbor? I mean, I wouldn't scuba dive in a boat harbor why do you feel you have the right to fish there?

Thanks for all of the insight. I just got back from a couple of dives this morning. Again with moderate seas and current. I really didn't have mcuh difficulty today as I did in the past. Like all things related to diving, the more experience the better prepared you tend to be. ...
