In sprin and until early summer I always have some mild flu due to alergy to polen from flowers and plants. So my nose and sinuses is a bit congested, I sometimes take Sinex nasal spray from vicks .

We arose early to make the 11:00 am departure of our boat. With four of us, it was very crowded. We napped during the grueling 20 minute ride on flat, warm blue water. When we woke up, it was hot, sunny and seas were in excess of one foot.
