Hi all, this should get you ranting :)
Given the following objectives (which are listed highest priority
first) which 3 dive agencies would you choose to be certified to DM
with; assume a rich relative will pay if you complete the training.

On Monday the planets aligned properly and I saw an opportunity to dive
of Pompano, Florida the next day. Sadly, our local dive store on the
Treasure Coast (130 miles North of Pompano) was out of any sort of
rebreather scrubber material.

Does anyone have any pics or links to pics with recent pictures of the
Speigel Grove?  I dove on it a couple of times 2 weeks after it was sunk and
was just curious as to how much growth has occured since. Thanks

I just took a nitrox course and -- holy crap -- the gas mix changes as the
temperature of my tank changes?  I was wondering if any of the nitrox compatible
air-integrated dive computers also acted as an oxygen analyzer (so that it can
determine, dynamically, what your PPO2 is)?

I was just wondering if anyone in this newsgroup has any opinion on the
Oceanic Pro-Ear 2000 dive mask.

Two days to go to Chamber Day (and the end of these updates . . .)
Right now (Monday at  1:00PM), we’re at $15,550. And now we’ve only got two

I'm looking to buy a new regulator set and am between two different models.  
There is a $140 difference in the price between them but the lower cost unit
has a 2 year warranty whereas the more expensive unit includes a lifetime
parts warranty.  

I have an Aqualung Conshelf XII regulator.  The first stage has three
ports.  One that has my pressure gauge attached to it is stamped HP.
Two are not stamped.  One is for my primary regulator.  The other is
for the BCD fill/AIR II.  How do I know which ones are LP or HP.
