pony bottle 6 or 13 cu. ft. ?30 Nov 2003 21:25 GMT52
I ordered a 6 cu.ft. pony bottle, I had debated the 13 but it is much
taller and about twice as heavy as the 13 cu.ft. I intend on using it
when
diving solo off my pontoon with someone on the boat. The spare air

Divememo in Cozumel30 Nov 2003 19:19 GMT4
A friend and I dove dive DiveMemo (Guillermo Mendoza Pe?a) back in '97 in
Cozumel.  It was a most memorable dive experience.
We are returning to Cozumel in mid-December and we would really like to
dive with him again.  Does anyone know if he's still a dive master in

Piston or Diaphram30 Nov 2003 13:48 GMT34
i am sure this has been asked 1000 times before, but is there any practical
different (in use, realiability, cold water etc) been a balanced piston reg,
and a
balance diaphram or is it just two different ways to get to the same result?
Grand Truk Opinions30 Nov 2003 04:13 GMT7
For over 20 years I've wanted to dive Grand Truk.  It must be because of
an article I read in Skin Diver Magazine or something.  Well I'm not
getting any younger, so I would like to know of anyone else that's done
it.  Would you do it again?  If you would can you give me some ...

products available to personalize it? Its all black with cressi written in
yellow across the chest.

Going diving soon!!!!  Comments/advice please.27 Nov 2003 02:18 GMT12
Well, I completed my Open-Water certification dives in Whittier, Alaska on
November 8th & 9th. Water temp was about 5C, so we had to wear drysuits,
thick gloves, etc. I had to be weighted down with 50 lbs of lead plus
ankle weights - I felt like a slow-moving bus under 15m of water.
sailing/scuba watch26 Nov 2003 23:44 GMT10

would like a compass and barometer.  An altimeter is cool too, but I could
do without.  A count-down timer would be great.  As far as diving, all I
