I have a neoprene drysuit and it looks like some of the goo that keeps
the seems watertight is wearing out (and it's getting a bit wet in
there). Is this an easy repair to do yourself (i.e. can you just buy
more of this goo at dive shops) or will it have to go in for repair?

I'm looking to buy a new tank lamp and am considering the Gilan
Traveller 12.5w HID lamp (the one without hand lamp option). The price
of 600 euros seems pretty good for a 3 hour burn time and 12.5w of HID
light. Certainly similar products from other manufacturers seem more
