| Help! - Dacor Falcon BCD - Best method of draining after diving | 31 Aug 2004 18:11 GMT | 14 |
I have a Dacor Falcon BCD. I cannot get the last amount of water out of it after diving. The traditional method of blowing it up, holding it upside down and opening the release valve at the end of the tube always leaves some water in the BCD. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I am new to diving and I was wondering if there is a quick formula to roughly calculate the amount of weight that is needed for neutral buoyancy in fresh water? I know that I will need to experiment to fine tune it, but I am just

| advice on Oceanic Probe BC | 24 Aug 2004 14:40 GMT | 8 |
My son and I have done about 20 dives and we are hooked. I wanted to get high quality BCD's and decided that the Oceanic Probe looked good. Though I buy a lot of my stuff mail order, fit is important so I decided to spend an extra $100 each to get the BC's at our local dive

| moisture in computer | 21 Aug 2004 05:15 GMT | 5 |
We have a couple of Pelagic manufacturer (hockey puck type) computers. On a dive yesterday they got pretty hot in the car before the dive and while suiting up they probably cooled down and some moisture condensed on the LCD screen. This interfered with viewing during the dive. ...

| Regulators that perform well at depths below 70 feet | 18 Aug 2004 15:21 GMT | 19 |
I have recently come to the conclusion, after careful observation, that my regulator does not handle breathing at depths beyond 70 feet very well. The effort required to pull air gets rather hard. When I dive above 70' I can get a total dive time of over 40 minutes. But as soon ...
