| Jet Harness BP? Anyone used one | 29 Jun 2004 06:44 GMT | 5 |
I've been pondering the "Jet Harness" single tank backplate/harness/wing. I'm a "fairly new" scuba diver. Just recently got my PADI Rescue Diver cert and thus far have not been impressed by any of the rental BCDs I have used. Anyone here used this BP/wing or care to comment?

Does anyone know of any software or any method how one can print the logs from my Suunto Vyper to a filofax style printout. My idea is to have a filofax as my dive logbook, where I can print pages that I can enter into my filofax.

| Mares MR22 Abyss regulator | 24 Jun 2004 11:21 GMT | 2 |

| gear bag recommendation please!! | 23 Jun 2004 11:34 GMT | 9 |
Looking to buy a new bag for my SCUBA gear...big enough to hold BC, fins, and rest of gear...I'd like it to have wheels, be water-friendly if not outright water-proof (though water-proof would be good), and ideally, it would be great if at least some section of it allowed for

| Canon S500 | 23 Jun 2004 00:32 GMT | 3 |
Thinking of buying a Canon S500. It is a 5 MP compact camera that Canon makes an inexpensive housing for. I am leaning towards this camera because of the housing and thought of using it underwater. Is this type of arrangement one that will produce decent underwater shots?

| UWATEC Aladin Air vs. Smart COM Pro | 21 Jun 2004 18:32 GMT | 5 |
I am new to the scuba world and have just recently certified. I am now looking to get some of my own equipment, especially a regulator, computer, and BCD. I like the Smart COM Pro, but as we all know, has a hefty price tag.

| Cold water wet suit recommendations? | 16 Jun 2004 22:38 GMT | 6 |
I've been diving in the Bahamas but plan to take my boat further up north to New England. I'm interested in getting a 5+mm wet suit for the cold water up there (as low as 50 degrees F) - mainly for diving on my boat if something is snagged, etc. I've also seen some 7.5mm suits...
