Can anyone tell me where I can find the serial number on my TUSA 3860 BCJ ( BCD ) ??? Looked all over it....and can only find a tag with some info on it...but doesn't look like a serial number...

Appart from the social aspect of a local dive club, what are the advantages or disadvantages, of joining a local club vs joining directly with "Dive Victoria"...whom I'm told run all the charters anyway ??? bc

I'm looking at getting a hood to go with my 7mm wetsuit to dive the colder water of Victoria, AUSTRALIA. The thing is, I really don't like wearing hoods.....I hate chocking feeling,and limiting flexability...like probably most people do...

How important is it to have a compass calibrated to the Southern Hemisphere ( for mainly diving locally in Asut )...as opossed to one calibrated to the Northern hemisphere ? I've heard you just need to angle the later slightly when using it, as the

Anyone have any 'confirmed' GPS co-ordinates for this thing? Went looking for it with two sets of co-ords pulled from the web, couldn't find it at either site (approx 60 meters apart), emptied a couple of tanks in the worst vis J Bay has ever offered me, but didn't find the plane...

Just about to buy a wetsuit, looking at full 7mm for Victoria ( Port Philip ) waters mainly. It has since occured to me to consider the option of a 5mm full suit, with an added vest (probably hooded).

Diving the Swan wreck in Dunsborough tomorrow. My first wreck dive if you don't count the Gemini. Any one got any advice about where to go on it? I'm diving it with a friend that has dived it quite a lot.
