Is it easy to convert a bcd from single to twin tanks?

I am going to the Solitary Is for diving this Easter. Is either the Northern
islands or the Southern islands more impressive than the other? We are
staying close to Coffs Harbour and it is about 25km to Mullaway to dive the
northern group so unless they offer particularly better ...
