Hi All,

After a brief chat with Gordon, and following your replies to my post
from last week (and those from Yorkshire-divers), I'm considering
trying to revive the UKRS website.

Clearly dicussions have moved on from this forum to other places, but
as this is the spiritual home of the site, it's right to ask your
views here.

I'm proposing that I take over the content updates for the site in an
effort to get it back to life in some form... What I imagine in the
short term, is that we use it as a base to organise trips, and collate
trip reports... pretty simple, and pretty basic. My hope is that it
will serve to pull back the old UKRS crew (those that are still
interested in this sort of diving), and also recruit plently of new
faces... Trips could be advertised on YD, as per Jason P's, until the
site gathered it's own steam.

Longer term we could see if there's any interest in ukrs having it's
own forum on the site, but this will be down to the clientèle.

I've very much value your thoughts... any objection, please speak up.

I know it may turn out to be fruitless - but I'm willing to give it a
shot at least.

Thanks

Adam

Well done Adam and good luck to you in your new venture. Does this mean I
will have to give up my unpaid position with the BSAC Travel  Team :
