Try http://www.oonasdivers.com/ for their last minute deals. I can
thoroughly recommend the Oonas Dive Club in Sharm.
May not be the cheapest but IMHO one of the best. Good basic en suite
accommodation in a hotel with other divers. Small numbers on their
boats compared to other companies and 6 days diving (2 dives per day)
included in the price.

The Red Sea Diving College is running a 2-for-one offer at the moment
regardless of which operator you use, so if this is what you're looking
for you don't need to stick with Crystal.

Longwood and Regal always have a lot of offers. You should look at the
holidays link from www.divernet.com, if you can stand all the
gratuitous animated adverts!

Been with Longwood to the Helnan Marina Hotel[1] on a B&B basis and a
dive buddy has been full board.
Dived with the Red Sea Dive College[2]
http://www.redseacollege.com/english/home.htm
[1]The hotel has to be in the best position on Naama bay. It's not a 4*,
maybe a 3* on a good day, from my personal experience.
Short walk to the harbour.
Short walk to the Red Sea Collage.
Short walk over a bridge to a 'private' beach.
Short walk to the middle of town but far enough away not to be disturbed
by the noise.
*Lots* of bad reviews about the place BUT..........
I am going again this year in May but only B&B. The breakfast is basic
and I opted for the 'cooked for you' omelettes most mornings.
Other meals at the hotel are not worth eating (says dive buddy) when you
can dine in Naama for not a lot and have superb food.
We have been upgraded to a superior room and to a suite and have not yet
stayed in a standard room.
May time was quiet and enjoyable, late in the year (Sept) I was told the
place, including the beach was dirty and service bad.
The 'animation' by the pool thinks the music should be played as loud as
he can make it including a large percentage of distortion. The guy would
not listen when asked to turn it down. As we were a group of about 30
divers a few of the larger members of the group 'negotiated' with the
animator and pointed out that if the noise could be heard to disturb
people on the beach he would be wearing the equipment and not playing
it. It was never even turned on after that.
There was a lot of refurbishing going on while we were there in May
2006.
[2] Red Sea Collage & personnel were good, I could not fault their
service.
BUT 15 litre tanks were limited in supply and if you are an old air
gasper like me and you need them, make sure they know.
I'm diving with them again this year.

It's not that a good a deal ... I recently went to Sharm ... 10 days
for £200 that includes flighyts & 4star accomodation (B&B basis)
Just bought dives locally - booked in advance with a small company run
by a Brit ... I have used them before - they don't have a shop, office
or fancy adverts ... but you get all the usual boat diving and much
smaller groups.
With bonus they are cheaper.
