New laws in the UK restricting sport divers?

I read in the editorial of the Aug 2006 edition of the BSAC Dive
Magazine about new laws wanting to restrict the acitivities of British
sport divers.

Does anybody know where I can get BSAC's written response to the
consultation documentation which is referred to in the editorial
please?

Hi Monty,

The BSAC website is pretty good for this sort of thing, it's recently
been revamped to make things a bit easier to find. Have a look at this
page, and the links going off it:

There are various threads on the BSAC forums too if you'd like to
