Hi all, a French friend of mine is studying in Glasgow for the next year.
He has contacted me to find out about any friendly clubs in the Paisley
area.  He has CMAS qualifications upto instructor standard.  He is keen to
dive Scapa Flow whilst he is here.  If anyone could help, it would be
appreciated.

Regards

DaveH

He is welcome to dive with Standard Life dive club (loose association
of divers, I just mail anyone in my "regulars" list every week and
organise dives) and we do Scapa every year...3 times this year.

Get him to mail me if he wants to go on my list and he is guaranteed a
dive every Saturday

Hi Dave,

If he's going to be at either Glasgow(BSAC) or Strathclyde(SSAC) they
have their own active clubs.

GUSAC: http://www.gla.ac.uk/clubs/subaqua/

SUSAC: http://www.sportsunion.strath.ac.uk/sub_aqua

   cheers,

     Ben
