Hi there,

I've got some fairly major repairs to do to my Typhoon Nexus membrane
dry suit and I wondered if anyone knows a source in the UK to buy the
material that the suits are made of?

Trilaminate Nylon or whatever the Typhoon membrane suit uses would be
good. Also, any sources for the seam tape is needed. The suit isn't
used for diving, but gold prospecting, so I'm used to repairing and not
worrying about a failure at depth.

Any pointers to a source for the material in the UK would be great,

cheers

Seam tape on ebay:

Probably worth an email to the seller as well for the material as he is
called "drysuits" and may well know where to get what you are after.

Try Typhoon themselves, Polar Bears or Azdry to name a few of the UK
manufacturers. They probably have off cuts.

Might be worth ringing a few dive shops and seeing if they have any old
school suits that are past repair that you could buy and cut chunks out of.
