Ken, did you read the article? It has nothing to do with under 16s -its
about 3 commercial divers getting busted for allegedly diving on a
prohibited wreck that they claim they were nowhere near. Or summat.

Yes I did read the article. Meanwhile, additionally, it is also the case
that a diving family might get themselves into hot water with Sp authorities
if one or more of their number is an appropriately certified under-16 diver.
THAT was my point, quite separate from the original post and prompted by
diving and legal matters.
