Suggestions for short break

Having just booked up my Sharm trip for next April ... looking for
somewhere to go for a short break in Nov/Dec.
3-4 days allowing for a no fly last day.

The last 2 locations came from ideas on this group and were superb
(Fuerteventura and Gozo) ...

Want somewhere warm, good viz, interesting dive, max 3-4 Hr fly time
from UK, any ideas for a short break.?

Didn't see much of it, but Estartit (Mainland Spain near French border)
can be exceptionally cheap if you can use the East Mids Airport/Girona
link (think its Ryanair, but poss BMIbaby). About 45 mins drive to site
from airport.

Supposed to be a nature reserve and a brilliant dive (for the med) but
being a novice when I went, got into a rip and ended up seeing nothing
but 30 mph seabed going by and then the bottom of the rescue rib ;-)
