I don't know this particular suit but I'd certainly go with a 7mm and
probably a semi-dry. I guess the water will be about 17degC then which
is hardly cold but I was not particularly comfortable towards the end of
a 45min dive in my double 7mm wetsuit at that time of year there. If I
go again I'll be taking my dry suit along. Then again, I have a pretty
thin layer of "bioprene" :-)

Maybe I don't feel the cold..but I would be happy in a 3mm ... I was in
Sharm when they had a freak north wind one February.. snow storms and 5
degrees... it was chilly getting changed on deck..but that would have
been the same in any thickness of wet suit.
I was doing 60-70 minute dives quite happily in 3mm..and it was about
10 years old and probably compressed to 1.5mm.
As I say, maybe it's just me :-)

7mm would be about right for me. Or you could try a two part suit
with a 5mm full length suit and 5mm shortie over the top - Oceanic
shadow or similar. gives you more options on future holidays when its
warmer.
Hi
5 mm minimum. Water temperature is around 21 °C.

I was diving in the Red Sea at the beginning of the year.
Water temperature was around 21C and I was quite comfortable doing 4
dives a day in a 5mm one-piece.
It does tend to be a bit windy in Januray, though, so it gets a bit
chilly post dive.
Hope that helps
