been 10+ times now to sharm and would also recommend either of these. Last 4
or so trips with Ocean college.

Give Oonas Divers a try.  We think they are great (4 weeks on Sunday
we'll be there again)

You could try Emperor Divers

I've been to Sharm 5 or 6 times (and other parts of Egypt too).
Have dived with Emperor and Ocean College the last few times. Red Sea
college also highly recommended.
All of these are well run outfits where they'll look after you if you
need it, and leave you alone if you're more confident.

Actually, some non-diving things (shock, horror) could swing it...

Is your hotel next to any particular dive centre? Avoid faffing about
with taxis and mini-buses in the mornings and evenings and then enjoy a
beer with the folks back at the dive centre.
Do you get a discount with any particular dive centre due to your
package / accommodation deal?
