Calypso
Xlendi, Azure Window / Blue Hole, Comino Caves,
Anchor Bay Caves are my favourite, but unfortunatley they're on Malta!
Diving is nice, plenty of vegetation so lots of macro life.
I managed to put up with working there for a while so it can't be that bad!

There are 12l shorts, widely. A 15l may be better for the deep dives.
Some places you have to go deeper than 34m to have clear water and leave
most of the Caulaerpa taxifolia behind.
temps , 24° on top, thermocline to 14° varies from 28m ( after heavy
rainfall) to mostly 33m.
dive outfits 5mm overall + optional vest ( not so optional after 3
days..) & peoples past

It's great. Bring 10m of a handy rope to secure exits.
And lots of anti beast agents, as well as treatment for wounds from
bites, which tend to inflammate sometimes quite badly.
From dawn on, cover arms and legs, neck.
& dive sites etc
Depends on winds.
Expect some spectacular storm or rainfall at least once.
Hire Maruti Jeeps with full cover sprayhood.
Don't crowd the place ;-)
