Hi,
I'm a about to become a PADI open water diver and I am just starting
to kit myself out with a mask, snorkel and fins.
I've chosen my mask, Tusa Viewtrek and Snorkel, Tusa Platine Hyperdry
but would like to know any advice / comments on using the Apollo Bio
Fins as a first purchase.
Regards
Steve

Something more scientific about Apollo Bio Fins (and others):
Pendergast D.R., Mollendorf J., Logue C., Samimy S. (2003 a), Evaluation
of fins used in underwater swimming, Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine,
vol 30, n°1, pp 57-73

Well with twin 12s and a couple of stages I move around under water at a
reasonable pace, but I did with cressi frogs as well. The straps broke on
the first dive so I've replaced them with springs.
You pay your money and take you choice.... have a look on Divernet for the
reviews.
