Dive sites Taiwan and Hong Kong

Hi everyone,

I will be going to Taiwan and Hong Kong in September. Surely I will bring
the basic scuba gear in case a break in the busy schedule shows up.

Can you recommend any good dive spots around those areas?

Diving around HK varies - 0m vis to reasonable in Rocky harbour/outer
islands. But great stepping off point to the region - Sipadan,
Philipines, Truk Lagoon etc.
