Several years ago when we were diving around the Tortugas we visited a
bar that was essentially a 2 story houseboat.  Does anyone know the
name/URL for this place?  If there's more than one, the place we
visited is known for giving away free t-shirts to gals who'll strip
down, dive off the second floor, and then ask the bartender for a free
shirt before putting their clothes back on.  I think it was called
'T's, but can remember.

Thanks,

Do you mean Tortola instead of Tortugas?

There is a "floating bar" near Tortola (BVI) and people
often get "naked" and jump off the top deck.

You may be right.  I was thinking it was on a trip out of Key West,
but it may have been BVI.  Do you remember the name of the place?
