Phuket in August/september

Hi
We are passing Bangkok in late August. Is it any good in Thailand then?
It seems that the main season ends in April.

It is definitely NOT the season for Phuket but all of the diving is day
diving so you can see if conditions are OK to dive before you sign up.

Sims/Surins is 95% not possible although if the weather is good for the
week some L.aboards will be going out.
