Umm, where are you?  Where do you want to go?  There are plenty of
places in the Northern Hemisphere during summer.  And in the tropics
year round.

I might suggest Lake Travis.  It's close enough to drive home at night
and visibility is as much as six feet on good days.  Go mid-week when
the crowds are down and vis is sometimes 10-12 feet.

Lake Perris is pretty good. You can find some old cans and bottles down there.
