Tobago.  I was on Peter Hughes third charter around the island of Tobago. I
posted a number of times about the trip.  Others on rec.scuba.locations were
aboard charters number one and two -- the dive world is small -- and posted
as well.

Everyone seemed to agree that coral and sealife good and that the viz
wasn't. Some liked the charter despite the viz (me included) and some wished
they had never got on the baot.  Some liked the Wind Dancer and service,
others did not.
