Its not really all that of a long time, as SCC had four of their
eleven buildings taken out by Ivan in 2004, so owner Peter Hillenbrand
decided to upgrade them to be 'eco-friendly' during their
rebuilding.
This is the result of that rebuild. In looking at the new images, it
appears that Peter has done a very nice job with their appearance.

Fresh paint and linens frequently go a long ways in terms of making a
place look great. The real question is always how "liveable" the
floorplan design is, particularly if one wants to forgo air-
conditioning to enjoy sleeping under a tropical breeze at night.
IIRC, the old design was single level, so this upstairs/downstairs
design to the bungaloes is new.

There are 3 dual-level units and the rest of them are bungalos. There are
only a total of 11 rooms. We stayed in one of the dual level units and
found it very accomidating with over 500 sq-ft of space, large patio,
indoor/outdoor showers, lots of windows, and AC if you wanted it.
